With extensive experience in information systems and travel, amusement parks, resorts and hotels, Michel founded HOTELUS DIGITAL to meet the growing needs of hoteliers in an increasingly complex digital world. He leads the firm and is involved in all mandates to provide customers with quality delivery.
MICALE Palma Rosales
Hospitality Technology Consultant
A graduate of the ITHQ in hotel management, Micale has several years of experience in the hospitality industry. She began her career at the Montreal Airport Marriott as a front desk supervisor. She also completed a consulting mandate for the Hôtel Le Petit Manoir du Casino in La Malbaie. More recently, she held the position of Director of Rooms at Hotel Zero 1 in Montreal, where she coordinated the implementation project for the new PMS. She is currently pursuing a certificate in international business at HEC Montreal.

Consultant specialized in development and integration
Paul is our specialist for the development and integration of digital solutions. As FULL STACK developer, he masters most programming languages and development tools, Web and Mobile applications, as well as SOA and micro-services architectures, which are increasingly used in the hotel industry. Integrations through the cloud have no secrets for him and he likes complex technological developments. Paul is not afraid of technical challenges!
